Policies & Procedures


All items are shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which takes, 3 - 5 business days anywhere within the USA.  Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.  

Should an item get lost in the mail due to an error by the Postal Service, It is not Dumb Fresh Clothing Inc. responsibility to replace it.

Order processing time is usually 3-10 business days.  

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final; we do not issue refunds on any items, unless we are at fault. However; we do allow customers to exchange once the item(s) is returned in its original condition. If there are any issues with your item(s), please contact us at Info@dumbfresh.us within 24 hours of getting your item(s).
